Chandigarh University foundation course begins January 2017

Chandigarh University, India announced English Foundation Courses admission 2017 for international students opting higher education in India under the academic session 2017-2018.

Mr. Karanjeet Singh, Deputy-Manger, International admissions, confirmed the news on 24 November 2016.

The university launched two foundation courses leading to a main course from January and April 2017.
According to news, English Language Foundation Course (Basic Level) will begin from January 2017 and English Language Foundation Course (Advanced Level) will begin from April 2017.

Students from non English speaking countries including Bangladesh may seek admission for one of the foundation courses to prepare them for the main course.  Duration of Basic Level Course is 6 months while advanced level course is 4 months.

Chandigarh University offers many courses for local as well as international students in the areas of Engineering, Architecture, Business, Hotel and Hospitality Management, Pharmaceutical & Bio Sciences, Visual Arts, Media Studies, Law, Agricultural Sciences, Humanities etc.
