An applicant should have SSC or equivalent qualification with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with at least 60% marks.

Progression of Education:
Those who will complete 3 years Diploma course at NMIT will get B Tech/ BE lateral entry to any Indian University. That means, duration of their BE/B Tech course will be 3 years. So a prospective engineer should get enrolled at our Diploma Engineering course to get a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in 6 years. No year or session loss but better experience for the best engineers.

Financial Budget:

  • Course fees per year: USD$ 2000
  • Total course fees for three years: USD$ 6,000
  • Mood of payment: Yearly

Other costs:

  • Refundable security deposit one time: USD $ 300
  • Exam fees per semester: USD$ 25

Hostel and accommodation facility (Not Mandatory)

At NMIT we have separate hostel facility for both the boys and girl students inside the campus.

  • Hostel cost per year: USD$ 1,000 including boarding and food

Admission process:

Students from Bangladesh should contact Bangladesh Regional Office of NMIT, in Dhaka along with the documents outlined below.

  • All academic certificates and transcripts
  • one recent color picture
  • Passport (if available)
  • Fill up the admission application form available at our office.
  • Pay necessary registration charge USD$ 1,000 that will be deducted from the first year total course fees.
  • Receive your final admission letter within 3 working days
  • Apply for visa
  • Pay the first year balance amount to the college account directly from a local bank
  • Join a pre-departure counseling session at NMIT office in Bangladesh.
  • Start your journey.
  • If you need airport pick up, please provide us your ticket at least three days prior your journey.

    Please note: You have to complete FRRO registration within 14 days of your arrival in India.
