Third Indian Education Fair inaugurated in Dhaka

The ‘3rd Indian Education Fair’ organized by SAPE an Indian event Management Company was inaugurated at the Daily Star Center, Dhaka on Friday, 29 July 2016.

The Indian High Commissioner to Bangladesh, Harsh Vardhan Shringla inaugurated the two days fair at around 11 am.

More than 30 Indian Institutions including boarding schools, colleges and universities have joined the fair. Another fair will be held at Hotel Agrabad in Chittagong on 01 to 02 August 2016.

The Indian High Commissioner thanks the organizer for arranging the fair and assured co-operation for further events.

While addressing the reporter, he said, India is now working with Bangladesh to further intensify the existing cooperation in the best interest of the two countries to effectively address common problems, including terrorism and extremism.

"We're friends, we're partners. What happens with you, it happens to us and vice versa. We need to work together in any of these issues,"

"You've a problem today which could become our problem. We've a problem; it could become your problem, too. So, we're working closely together and we'll continue to work together to address many of the common problems that reflect both of our countries." he further added.
